**PD-1-M1-NK Cells** are a form of engineered natural killer (NK) cell therapy designed for cancer immunotherapy. These cells are likely human NK cells that have been modified to overexpress or utilize mechanisms involving the **programmed death-1 (PD-1)** pathway to enhance antitumor activity. The cells are engineered to resist inhibition by PD-L1, a mechanism that tumors use to evade immune attack, thereby restoring or boosting the cytotoxic function of NK cells against cancer cells.
