**PD-1Ab7** is an experimental CCL7–anti-PD-1 single-chain variable fragment fusion protein developed as an antitumor immunotherapy lead. Its anti-PD-1 component blocks the PD-1/PD-L1 immune-checkpoint interaction, while the CCL7 component promotes CCR2-dependent recruitment and infiltration of conventional type 1 dendritic cells into tumors. In genetically engineered mouse models of non-small cell lung cancer, PD-1Ab7 enhanced T-cell activation and showed stronger antitumor activity than the parent anti-PD-1 antibody; co-treatment with Flt3 ligand further improved activity by expanding cDC1 populations.
