Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**PD-29875** is a PeptiDream-derived, highly selective macrocyclic peptide that binds **claudin 18.2**. It is the targeting component of a radiotheranostic program: the diagnostic agent **64Cu-PD-29875** is being evaluated by PET/CT in a first-in-human Phase 0 imaging study in gastric cancer and gastroesophageal junction cancer, while therapeutic versions are intended to use isotopes such as actinium-225. PD-29875 itself is the unlabeled peptide precursor and can also be labeled with lutetium-177 or other radionuclides for CLDN18.2-positive tumors.
