Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PD-32766D is a copper-64 (64Cu) labeled peptide developed by PeptiDream Inc. as part of a theranostic pair for the management of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). It specifically targets Carbonic Anhydrase IX (CA9), a protein highly expressed in ccRCC. PD-32766D serves as the diagnostic imaging agent, used with PET/CT scans to identify patients with high CA9 expression who may benefit from the corresponding therapeutic agent, PD-32766T (an actinium-225 labeled peptide). The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials.
