SHR0302 modulates immune and inflammatory pathways by selectively blocking the JAK1-mediated signaling, potentially reducing immune suppression and enhancing the efficacy of checkpoint blockade. Preclinical and early clinical research suggests that this combination may address resistance mechanisms to immunotherapy by synergistically enhancing anti-tumor activity[3]. The combination is currently under investigation in phase II trials for NSCLC.
