Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PD-L1 x LAG-3 dual TSIT is a preclinical-stage, non-antibody immunoferritin-based therapeutic candidate developed by Cellemedy. Utilizing Cellemedy's proprietary T-sphaera platform, which is engineered from human heavy chain apoferritin, this dual-targeting immunotherapy (TSIT) is designed to simultaneously block the PD-L1 and LAG-3 immune checkpoint pathways. By targeting both pathways, the drug aims to overcome resistance associated with single-checkpoint blockade, enhance T-cell and NK-cell activation, and promote robust anti-tumor immune responses. It has demonstrated efficacy in preclinical melanoma models.
