Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PD-L1 x TIGIT Dual TSIT (also known as TSIT-01) is a preclinical-stage dual-targeting immunotherapy (TSIT) being developed by Cellemedy. Utilizing Cellemedy's proprietary T-sphaera platform—a human ferritin-based spherical protein nanocage technology—the therapeutic is designed to simultaneously target and block the immune checkpoints PD-L1 and TIGIT. By dual-targeting these complementary pathways, the drug aims to overcome resistance associated with PD-1/PD-L1 monotherapies, enhance T-cell and NK-cell activation, and promote robust anti-tumor immune responses. Preclinical studies in melanoma and other solid tumor models have demonstrated target-specific cytotoxicity, strong in vivo efficacy, and a favorable safety profile.
