PD1-T cells are a type of adoptive cell immunotherapy, specifically described as PD-1 blockade-activated DC-CIK (cytokine-induced killer) cells. This cell therapy is being investigated as a first-line treatment for previously untreated metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) in combination with XELOX (capecitabine plus oxaliplatin) and bevacizumab.
