Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PD1-TIL is an adoptive cell therapy utilizing genetically modified tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs). These TILs are engineered to stably express a high-level, full-length PD1 antibody. This modification enables the PD1-TIL cells to transduce signals that activate T cells, ultimately leading to tumor cell killing. The therapy is being investigated for its safety and efficacy in treating solid tumors, such as glioblastoma multiforme.
