Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PD182 is a polyclonal anti-idiotype antibody generated through rabbit immunization against adalimumab F(ab’)2. Developed using an advanced proteogenomics approach and strategic enrichment workflow, PD182 exhibits high specificity and affinity for adalimumab, with significantly reduced off-target binding to human IgG compared to commercially available anti-idiotypes. This makes it a promising tool for pharmacokinetic applications, capable of distinguishing between blocking (type 1) and non-blocking (type 2) variants.
