Overview

PD5K3 is an investigational drug currently in clinical trials for evaluation of safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and immunogenicity in healthy adult volunteers. It is being compared to pegaspargase at the same dose. The primary aim of these studies is to assess whether PD5K3 is safe and active in humans. The drug appears to be a pegylated recombinant asparaginase or a related enzyme-based therapy based on its comparison with pegaspargase[1][3][5].
