Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**PDL1-CAR-TNK** is a discontinued preclinical, allogeneic CAR-NK cell-therapy candidate intended for cancer. It was part of Sorrento Therapeutics and Conkwest's CAR.TNK program, which combined an engineered chimeric antigen receptor with Conkwest's NK-92-derived Neukoplast natural-killer cell platform. The CAR was designed to recognize programmed death-ligand 1 on tumor cells, directing NK-cell-mediated cytotoxicity against PD-L1-expressing malignancies. Sorrento publicly identified PD-L1 CAR.TNK as a preclinical CAR.TNK program for hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.
