Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PDL1-CD47 dual nanobodies are a novel class of nanobody-based drugs designed to target both Programmed death-ligand 1 (PDL1) and Cluster of differentiation 47 (CD47) simultaneously. This dual targeting approach aims to enhance anti-tumor immunity by blocking both adaptive and innate immune checkpoints. Developed through a collaboration between Shaperon and Dong-A ST, these nanobodies are being advanced for the treatment of cancer. Shaperon contributes its nanobody development platform, while Dong-A ST provides expertise in antibody commercialization and global biopharmaceutical development. Preclinical results for anti-cancer PDL1-CD47 dual nanobodies have been presented, indicating their technological capabilities.
