PDPHV-201401

**PDPHV-201401** is an investigational polyvalent preventive HIV-1 vaccine regimen developed from research conducted at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and advanced by Worcester HIV Vaccine. It combines a five-plasmid DNA vaccine encoding HIV-1 Env antigens from clades A, B, C, and A/E plus Gag from clade C, with a matched quadrivalent recombinant gp120 protein vaccine representing Env clades A, B, C, and A/E. The protein component has been evaluated with the glucopyranosyl lipid adjuvant stable emulsion GLA-SE. PDPHV-201401 is designed as a heterologous DNA-prime/protein-boost or co-administration regimen to induce broad humoral and cellular immune responses against diverse HIV-1 subtypes.
