**PDS0104** is an investigational, Versamune-based therapeutic cancer vaccine being developed by PDS Biotechnology for melanoma. It combines PDS Biotechnology's cationic lipid nanoparticle T-cell activating platform with melanoma antigens including tyrosinase-related protein 2, an antigen expressed in melanoma. The product is intended to promote antigen cross-presentation, type I interferon signaling, and generation of tumor-antigen-specific CD4-positive and cytolytic CD8-positive T-cell responses against TRP2-expressing melanoma cells.
