Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PE0105 is a recombinant human anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Upon administration, PE0105 binds to and inhibits the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor and its downstream signaling pathways. This inhibition restores immune function by activating T cells and promoting T-cell-mediated immune responses against tumor cells. PE0105 is being evaluated in combination with other agents such as PE0116 in phase 1/2 clinical trials for various advanced solid tumors, including ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, renal cancer, and head and neck cancer[1][3][7].
