PECS-202 is a preclinical botanical drug candidate developed by Phytecs Pharm. It is a phytocannabinoid combination formulation designed to modulate the endocannabinoid system (ECS). Formerly known as HU474 or HUF101, the drug is being investigated for a wide range of therapeutic applications, including neuropsychiatric disorders such as anxiety, psychosis, schizophrenia, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The development of PECS-202 involves collaborations with several international academic and research institutions, including the University of São Paulo, Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, and the University of Debrecen.
