Pelcitoclax + chidamide is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of cancer. **Pelcitoclax** is a selective BCL-2/BCL-xL inhibitor (also referred to as APG-1252), designed to induce apoptosis in tumor cells by antagonizing anti-apoptotic proteins BCL-2 and BCL-xL. **Chidamide** is a benzamide class histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor, active against HDAC1, HDAC2, HDAC3, and HDAC10. Chidamide induces tumor cell apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, and enhances antitumor immune responses, and has been approved in China for relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma and investigated widely in hematological and solid malignancies[2][3][4].
