Pembrolizumab + vorinostat is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of various cancers, particularly relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL), primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma (PMBCL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, and metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)[1][3][4][5][6].
