Overview
This is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of estrogen receptor-positive (ER+) breast cancer. The regimen combines pembrolizumab (an immune checkpoint inhibitor), tamoxifen (a selective estrogen receptor modulator), and vorinostat (a histone deacetylase inhibitor).
