These drugs are sometimes used in doublets or triplets for synergistic anti-tumor effects, but the combination of all eight is not standard clinical practice due to cumulative toxicity. Each drug targets rapidly dividing cells through distinct mechanisms affecting DNA replication or mitosis. This combination would be considered highly experimental or investigational if ever used together.
