Drug intelligence / Profile preview
The pentavalent inactivated vaccine for Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis, avian influenza (H9), infectious bursal disease, and avian adenovirus (Group I, Serotype 4) is a veterinary vaccine developed by Pulike and its subsidiary Luoyang Huizhong Biotech. Approved in China in March 2025, this combination vaccine is formulated as an oil emulsion containing inactivated Newcastle disease virus (N7a strain), infectious bronchitis virus (M41 strain), avian influenza virus H9 subtype (HF strain), recombinant infectious bursal disease virus VP2 protein (rVP2), and recombinant fowl adenovirus serotype 4 Fiber-2 protein. It is indicated for the active immunization of chickens to prevent Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis, H9 subtype avian influenza, infectious bursal disease, and hepatitis-hydropericardium syndrome caused by fowl adenovirus serotype 4.
