Overview

PEP-366 is a lead clinical candidate peptide developed by Pephexia Therapeutics for the treatment of cancer cachexia. Currently in preclinical development (pre-CTA stage), PEP-366 utilizes a dual-acting peptide mechanism to address the multifactorial wasting syndrome associated with cancer. The program is supported by the DAPHEXIA project, which received funding from the Danish Innovation Fund to facilitate Clinical Trial Authorization (CTA) submission. The specific molecular targets of the dual-acting peptide have not been publicly disclosed.
