Overview

**PER301** is a preclinical, orally administered pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy being developed for **exocrine pancreatic insufficiency**. It is a precision multienzyme nanomedicine comprising lipase, protease, and amylase immobilized on a nanoparticle platform with an organosilica protective layer and mucoadhesive coating. The formulation is intended to preserve enzyme activity during gastrointestinal transit, prolong small-intestinal residence, and provide local, non-systemic digestion of dietary fats, proteins, and carbohydrates.
