Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Perfectha is a line of injectable, cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal fillers used for aesthetic facial treatments, including correction of fine to deep wrinkles, restoration of facial volume, and contouring of areas such as cheeks, chin, jawline, and lips. It consists of non-animal, stabilized, biphasic hyaluronic acid gel produced by bacterial fermentation and cross-linked using E-brid technology, which forms covalent bonds between and within HA particles to create gels with different particle sizes tailored to specific indications and durability profiles.[1][7][8][9] Classified as a resorbable Class III medical device with CE marking in Europe, Perfectha is available in multiple formulations (Fine Lines, Derm, Deep, Subskin, Complement) that are injected at different dermal or subcutaneous depths and typically provide results lasting approximately 4 to 18 months before being gradually degraded and absorbed by the body.[1][2][5][7][8] Developed and manufactured by ObvieLine, now part of Sinclair (also referred to as Sinclair Pharma or Sinclair IS Pharma), Perfectha is not FDA-approved for use in the United States but is widely used internationally for minimally invasive facial rejuvenation.[1][2][3][4][7][8]
