Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Perfectha Deep Lidocaine is a hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler developed by Sinclair Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Huadong Medicine. It is formulated as a sterile, resorbable, biphasic gel containing 20 mg/mL of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate and 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride. The product utilizes Sinclair's proprietary E-BRID cross-linking technology to create uniform spherical microparticles that provide structural support and volumization when injected into the deep dermis or subcutaneous tissue. It is primarily indicated for the aesthetic treatment of deep facial wrinkles and volume loss, such as nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and temple hollowing. The lidocaine component acts as a local anesthetic to reduce patient discomfort during the injection process. As a Class III medical device, it provides results that typically last between 6 and 18 months.
