Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Personalized Idiotype Cancer Vaccine is an investigational mRNA-based immunotherapy being developed by Renhaim for the treatment of B-cell lymphoma and other antibody-producing malignancies. The vaccine is engineered using the variable region sequences of the antigen-binding fragment (Fab) of antibodies (the idiotype) unique to an individual patient's tumor cells. By delivering mRNA that encodes these patient-specific sequences, the vaccine is designed to trigger the immune system to recognize and eliminate malignant B-cells expressing the specific idiotype. This personalized approach aims to provide a highly targeted therapy with minimal off-target effects on healthy cells.
