Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A **personalized neoantigen vaccine** being developed by **Sichuan University** as an adjuvant immunotherapy for **resected pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma**. The product is individualized for each patient using tumor-specific mutation-derived neoantigens, with the goal of inducing neoantigen-specific **CD4-positive** and **CD8-positive T-cell** responses and strengthening postoperative immune surveillance against residual microscopic disease. In the identified Phase 1 trial, it is administered as part of a multimodal regimen with **tislelizumab** and **gemcitabine + capecitabine** after surgical resection in patients with Stage I to III disease. The vaccine itself is a biologic cancer vaccine rather than a fixed off-the-shelf named product, and its intended mechanism is to direct adaptive antitumor immunity toward patient-specific tumor antigens.
