Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Personalized neoantigen vaccine 2 is an investigational mRNA-based cancer vaccine developed by NeoCura for the treatment of multiple tumor types. As part of the NeoCura Ag-IND product line, it utilizes a one-to-one customized therapy approach tailored to the unique mutational profile of an individual patient's tumor. The vaccine is designed using NeoCura's proprietary AI-driven ALPINE platform and MATHLA deep learning model, which identify and select the most immunogenic neoantigen fragments from a patient's genomic sequencing data. These fragments are synthesized as coding mRNA sequences that, upon administration, stimulate the patient's immune system to recognize and mount a targeted T-cell response against tumor cells expressing those specific neoantigens. The candidate is currently in the IND-enabling phase of development.
