Personalized polyclonal TCR-T cell therapy is an autologous, genetically modified T-cell therapy being developed by Guangzhou FineImmune Biotechnology for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The therapy utilizes the company's proprietary HAP platform to identify naturally occurring T-cell receptors (TCRs) that target a patient's unique tumor neoantigens (tumor-specific antigens). Using the GSOP and CMP platforms, autologous T cells are engineered to express these specific TCRs and expanded in a polyclonal fashion, allowing the final product to target multiple neoantigens simultaneously. This multi-target approach is designed to overcome tumor heterogeneity and reduce the likelihood of immune escape. The therapy is currently undergoing Phase I clinical evaluation at the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China.
