Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**PERVI-NEO** is an investigational, patient-individualized mutation-derived neopeptide component of the IPX personalized peptide-vaccine approach being evaluated in the PerVision phase I/II study. It is designed from tumor sequencing data to present patient-specific neoantigens arising from nonsynonymous somatic mutations and thereby induce mutation-specific antitumor T-cell responses in pediatric and adolescent/young-adult patients with metastatic fusion-driven sarcomas, including Ewing sarcoma, alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma, and synovial sarcoma. The study is sponsored by University Hospital Tübingen, and vaccination is administered subcutaneously as part of the individualized vaccine regimen.
