Pexa-Vec + durvalumab + tremelimumab

This is an investigational combination therapy consisting of three agents: **Pexa‑Vec** (pexastimogene devacirepvec) is an oncolytic vaccinia virus engineered to selectively infect and lyse cancer cells, express granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), and stimulate antitumor immune responses. **Durvalumab** is a human monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (**PD-L1**) to block its interaction with PD‑1, thereby enhancing T-cell mediated immune responses against tumors. **Tremelimumab** is a human monoclonal antibody that targets cytotoxic T‑lymphocyte associated protein 4 (**CTLA‑4**) to further augment antitumor immunity by promoting T-cell activation.
