Overview

**PF-06753512** is Pfizer's investigational prostate cancer vaccine-based immunotherapy regimen, also called PrCa VBIR. It is a heterologous prime-boost therapeutic cancer-vaccine regimen comprising a replication-deficient adenovirus C68 vector and a plasmid-DNA vaccine, both encoding the prostate tumor-associated antigens prostate-specific antigen, prostate-specific membrane antigen, and prostate stem cell antigen. The regimen was evaluated by intramuscular administration, with some trial cohorts also receiving separately administered tremelimumab and/or sasanlimab. It was studied in biochemical recurrence and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, but its Phase 1 trial was terminated and the program was discontinued.
