Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PF-06755992 is a cancer vaccine developed by Pfizer. It consists of a genetically engineered, replication-deficient chimpanzee adenovirus serotype 68 (AdC68) that encodes three tumor-associated antigens specific to prostate cancer: human prostate-specific antigen (PSA), prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), and prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA). The vaccine is designed to stimulate the immune system to recognize and attack prostate cancer cells expressing these antigens. It was investigated as part of a two-part immunotherapy regimen for advanced or metastatic prostate cancer, often in combination with other immunotherapies such as checkpoint inhibitors. Development was discontinued during preclinical or early clinical phases[1][2][3][4].
