Overview

PF-07260437 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Pfizer that targets both B7-H4, a protein expressed on the surface of certain tumor cells, and CD3, a component of T cells. By binding to these two targets, PF-07260437 is designed to redirect T cells to attack and kill tumor cells expressing B7-H4. The drug acts through mechanisms including antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity and stimulation of T lymphocytes. It was investigated for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors but development was discontinued after phase 1 trials[1][2][3][4].
