Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PF-07265807 + sasanlimab is an investigational combination therapy comprising PF-07265807, a selective small molecule inhibitor of MERTK and AXL (members of the tumor-associated macrophage kinase [TAMK] family), and sasanlimab, a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). PF-07265807 modulates tumor immunity by inhibiting AXL and MERTK, thereby lowering the threshold for immune activation and promoting anti-tumor responses. Sasanlimab blocks PD-1, releasing the brakes on T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity. The combination is being assessed for its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including renal cell carcinoma. Both components are being developed by Pfizer.
