Overview

PF-07826390 is an investigational bispecific IgG1 monoclonal antibody developed by Pfizer. It targets both leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor B1 (LILRB1, also known as ILT2) and leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor B2 (LILRB2, also known as ILT4), which are expressed on myeloid cells in the tumor microenvironment. By blocking these receptors, PF-07826390 aims to overcome immune suppression and resistance to PD-(L)1 inhibitors in cancer therapy. The drug is being evaluated for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary clinical activity as a single agent or in combination with sasanlimab in patients with advanced solid tumors such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), colorectal cancer (CRC), and renal cell carcinoma (RCC).
