PF-07921585 is a novel investigational biologic drug developed by Pfizer for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer, metastatic colorectal cancer, renal cell carcinoma, bladder cancer, melanoma, urothelial carcinoma, and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. It is an interleukin 12 (IL-12) mutein fusion protein designed as a partial agonist of IL-12 with additional PD-1 inhibitory activity.
