Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PF-07960613 + quadrivalent influenza vaccine is a combination vaccine regimen developed by Pfizer. It consists of PF-07960613—a bivalent combination of the mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccine (BNT162b2; Comirnaty) and the recombinant RSV prefusion F protein subunit vaccine (RSVpreF; Abrysvo)—co-administered with a licensed quadrivalent influenza vaccine (QIV). The regimen was designed to provide comprehensive seasonal protection against three major respiratory viruses: SARS-CoV-2, Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), and Influenza A and B. It was evaluated in Phase 2 clinical trials in healthy adults aged 65 and older to assess safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity. In July 2024, Pfizer announced the discontinuation of the PF-07960613 combination program, although the individual component vaccines remain available for their respective indications.
