Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PF-08046044 (also known as SGN-35C) is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) under development by Pfizer for the treatment of various lymphomas, including anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL), peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL), and diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The drug consists of a next-generation CD30-directed monoclonal antibody conjugated to a novel topoisomerase I inhibitor payload via a glucuronide linker. CD30 is highly expressed in many B-cell and T-cell lymphomas but has limited expression in normal tissues. PF-08046044 is administered intravenously and is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for ALCL and other lymphomas.
