PG-401 is a bispecific antibody therapeutic currently in the discovery stage for the treatment of asthma. Developed by Progen Pharmaceutical in collaboration with Yuhan Corporation, the candidate is engineered using Progen's proprietary NTIG (Neo-Triple Immunoglobulin) technology platform. The NTIG platform is designed to create multi-specific fusion proteins with extended half-lives and enhanced stability by utilizing a modified Fc region that allows for the attachment of multiple targeting moieties.
