Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PG010 is an allogeneic universal chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (UCAR-T) therapy being developed by PersonGen-Anke Cellular Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapy utilizes Vδ1 T cells, a specific subset of gamma delta (γδ) T cells, engineered to target B7-H3 (CD276) and an additional undisclosed antigen. PG010 is produced using the company's proprietary Safeγ UCAR-γδT cell drug development platform, which allows for the creation of off-the-shelf cellular products that do not require patient-specific cell collection. The drug is currently undergoing Phase 1 investigator-initiated trials (IIT) in China to evaluate its safety and efficacy in patients with various solid tumor malignancies.
