Overview

PG012 is a preclinical-stage multispecific natural killer (NK) cell engager (NKCE) being developed by PersonGen-Anke Cellular Therapeutics. It is specifically designed to treat autoimmune diseases driven by auto-reactive B cells. The therapeutic mechanism of PG012 involves binding to CD16A (FcγRIIIa) on NK cells and an undisclosed antigen on the surface of pathogenic B cells. By bridging these two cell types, PG012 facilitates the recruitment and activation of NK cells to mediate the targeted lysis and depletion of autoreactive B cells, thereby mitigating the underlying cause of the autoimmune response.
