Overview

PG013 is a multispecific biologic being developed by PersonGen-Anke Cellular Therapeutics as an NK cell engager (NKCE). It is designed to treat autoimmune diseases driven by self-reactive T cells. The molecule functions by binding to CD16A (FcγRIIIa) on natural killer (NK) cells and simultaneously targeting PD-1-expressing pathogenic T cells. This dual binding is intended to recruit NK cells to eliminate the self-reactive T cells responsible for the autoimmune response. By facilitating NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity against these specific T cell populations, PG013 aims to modulate the immune system and resolve underlying autoimmune pathology. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
