PG015

PG015 is an experimental exosome-based natural killer (NK) cell engager (NKCE) being developed by PersonGen-Anke Cellular Therapeutics for the treatment of autoimmune diseases driven by auto-reactive B cells. The therapy utilizes an innovative antibody drug delivery platform where exosomes are engineered to deliver a biologic payload designed to recruit NK cells to the site of pathogenic B cells. By facilitating the targeted depletion of these auto-reactive B cells, PG015 aims to modulate the underlying immune response in various B-cell-mediated autoimmune conditions. As of late 2025, the program is in the preclinical stage of development, with specific molecular targets remaining undisclosed.
