PH100

**PH100** is an investigational, orally administered standardized extract of purified phlorotannins derived from the brown alga *Ecklonia cava*, developed by Phloronol. Its characterized major constituents include 8,8'-bieckol, dieckol, and phlorofucofuroeckol A. In a completed randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled single-ascending-dose Phase 1 study in healthy adults, PH100 capsules were evaluated at doses from 100 mg to 1,600 mg for safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics.
