Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PHAGERIARUS is a first-in-concept development project by iNtRON Biotechnology focused on bacteriophage-based immunotherapeutics. The platform utilizes bacteriophage-derived proteins, identified through genomic and functional analysis of disease-associated microbiomes (including prophages and jamphages), to act as immune regulators. These proteins are designed to suppress immune disorders and serve as anti-cancer immunotherapy. Initial development targets colorectal and pancreatic cancers, with potential expansion into microbiome-related neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases.
