Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Phenotypeca's HPV vaccine is a multi-valent recombinant protein vaccine currently in early-stage development for the prevention of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection. The vaccine is produced using Phenotypeca's proprietary *Saccharomyces cerevisiae* yeast strain engineering platform, which employs Quantitative Trait Loci (QTL) mapping to optimize the expression and yield of recombinant viral antigens. This technology is designed to facilitate the low-cost, high-volume manufacturing of complex biologics, making the vaccine potentially more accessible for global health initiatives. The multi-valent formulation is intended to provide broad protection against multiple high-risk HPV genotypes associated with cervical cancer and other malignancies.
