PHIN-1314 is a first-in-class, synthetic peptide drug candidate developed by PharmaIN for the treatment of solid tumors. It is a chemically modified derivative of C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP), known as dCNP, consisting of a 29-amino acid chain with an N-terminally extended C18-acylated structure. The drug acts as a tumor microenvironment modifier with a unique vascular-targeting mechanism distinct from existing agents like Avastin. PHIN-1314 normalizes tumor vasculature, remodels the extracellular matrix, and improves perfusion within solid tumors to enhance immune response and increase the efficacy of anti-cancer therapies. It has demonstrated single-agent activity in multiple animal models (osteosarcoma, breast, colon, melanoma, prostate) and shows synergy when combined with approved immuno-oncology drugs. The compound is administered subcutaneously and remains in preclinical development[1][2][3][6][7].
