Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PHN-010 is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Pheon Therapeutics for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The drug consists of a monoclonal antibody linked to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload via a stable hydrophilic linker with a drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) of 8. It is designed to deliver the cytotoxic agent directly to cancer cells, thereby increasing specificity and reducing off-target toxicity compared to traditional chemotherapies. PHN-010 is currently being evaluated in first-in-human Phase 1 clinical trials for patients with various advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including colorectal adenocarcinoma, epithelial ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical carcinoma, and non-small cell lung cancer. The route of administration is intravenous infusion[1][2][3][4][5][7].
